SWOT – your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats

In a SWOT analysis, you record the strengths and weaknesses) of your company on the one hand, and the opportunities and threats) in your field/market on the other. The field analysis should consider external factors, such as changes in the market or among competitors.

Estimates should be included in the SWOT analysis if you do not have concrete figures to hand. In a further step, it is highly important that you summarise findings and lessons learnt from this market analysis.
